We want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.
  • Pre-loved/vintage items must be returned in the same condition received.
  • Please try shoes on indoors only.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked final sale or clearance)
  • Intimates/underwear, bodysuits, swim bottoms, earrings
  • Opened beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and tools (for hygiene)
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.

Important: If you return part of an order and your kept items total falls below $30, we deduct the original $5.99 shipping from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for your bank to post it.
  • Original shipping (when paid) is non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order. If inventory is limited, email us and we can try to hold the replacement for 48 hours.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Email support@glossandgrit.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, packaging, and the shipping label. We'll make it right.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@glossandgrit.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and an RMA (return authorization).
  3. Ship your item back within 7 days of approval.
Note: Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.

Marketplace Orders (eBay / Depop)

If you purchased through another platform, please initiate the return within that platform so we can process it correctly.
